Pizza Peel Set – Perforated Peel & Turning Peel, Black
Pizza Peel Set – Perforated Peel & Turning Peel, Black
A two-piece pizza oven set: a perforated launching peel in hard-anodised aluminium and a long 15 cm round turning peel for spinning pizzas as they cook.
Why you'll love it
- Perforated launching peel — holes let excess flour fall away before the pizza goes in
- Long round turning peel — turn and check pizzas while your hands stay clear of the heat
- Hard-anodised aluminium — light to handle, with a thin front edge for sliding under pizzas
- Two sizes — a 30 cm peel for 12-inch pizzas or a 35 cm peel for 14-inch
- Metal handles with silicone grips — handles screw on, so they pack down for storage
Made for Australian conditions
Hand wash the peels with a soft cloth and dry them straight away. They're not dishwasher safe, and shouldn't be left sitting in the oven or near the fire between pizzas.
