Where your order ships from
Most of what you'll find on Solano Home ships from our Australian warehouse partners, which is why we can give you honest, realistic delivery windows rather than a vague "a few weeks" estimate. A smaller range of items — mostly larger or more specialised outdoor pieces — ships from an overseas warehouse partner. These are clearly marked "Imported range" on the product page, with their own delivery estimate shown before you order.
Dispatch times
Orders for items in our Australian-warehouse range are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Items in our imported range are dispatched from our overseas partner's warehouse and are tracked from the point of dispatch.
Delivery estimates
These are estimates counted from the date of dispatch, not the date you placed your order, and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

A small number of large or made-to-order items take longer than the table above — for example, our pergola kit can take up to 15 business days. Where this applies, it's stated clearly on the product page before you order.
Bulky and freight items
Larger items — outdoor settings, garden beds, greenhouses, larger shade structures and similar pieces — travel by road freight rather than a standard parcel courier. For these orders:
- Delivery is to your front door at ground level. Freight drivers can't carry items inside, upstairs, or to a room of your choice, and assembly isn't included unless the product page says otherwise.
- A phone number is needed at checkout so the freight company can arrange a delivery time, and someone may need to be available to receive the item.
- Any freight surcharge for a remote postcode is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay — never added afterwards.
PO boxes and parcel lockers
Standard parcels can usually be sent to PO boxes and parcel lockers. Bulky items shipped by freight can't go to a PO box or parcel locker — please provide a street address for these orders.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order includes items from more than one warehouse, it may arrive as separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. If tracking hasn't updated after a few business days, contact us at solanohomedesign@gmail.com and we'll follow it up on your behalf.
Pricing
All prices on Solano Home are shown in Australian dollars. Solano Home is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to your order. Delivery is free on orders over $149, to metro and regional addresses. Orders under $149 have a flat delivery fee of $9.95. Some remote postcodes attract a freight surcharge, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Delays outside our control
Public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions and peak shopping periods can extend the estimates above. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we'll let you know.
