Before you write
A few things you can often sort out without waiting for a reply:
- Tracking an order — check the tracking link in your dispatch email; it updates directly from the courier or freight company.

Damage or fault claims
If your item arrived damaged or isn't working as it should, email us with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and its packaging.
- A short description of the problem.
We'll come back to you with a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
